AOPA Credit Card by BoA

Anyone here have or had the original Aircraft Owners and Pilot's Association credit card through BoA?  I got mine in 2011 and I remember that it was worldpoints for buying aviaiton gas and spending at FBOs at a decent rate, but it looks like my benefits have changed.  I still have the World Mastercard, but AOPA advertises the Visa version.  My card was converted to the BankAmericard Cash Rewards program, but I would use it more if it had the original benefits (FBOs, AVGAS)--I even remember seeing a database that showed which FBOs were part of their program under the old card, but I can't find this anymore.

My question is, does this older program still exist?  Do I still fall under this program and not know it, or ....insert other possible outcomes.

The old version was great when I was flying a lot of cross country flights, but I spent the last couple of years flying for the military...and not being able to use my own card.  Now that I'm getting back into civi flying, I'd really like these old benefits!
