Try the Discover Online Chat on your account profile. You have nothing to lose. You can do it even if you're in the 0% intro APR and can ask for APR reductions every 6 months
Discover AGAIN told me I had the lowest rate offered at 10.99 that other people could be grandfathered in at a lower rate. Weird since you got to your 10.24 via chat this way. I know it's only 0.75% but it's just weird at this point. I asked for a promotional 6 month rate like always and there was no 0% this time, but 1.9%. I'll take it, for sure. I haven't carried a balance on my discover in a long time, so doesn't really matter. It's certainly very nice to know I have that rate locked in for 6 months though.
Congrats on all your successes!
Way to go!
