its high because I have a 5k card with 3.7ks on it, its 75% utlity with a low apr promo...
and also because my Discover STILL HAS NOT REPORT MY REAL BALANCE!! hehehe it shows 71% when now it has been 15% for the last two months...

Congrats I just got the card Tuesday from a targeted offer. One thing I can say it really is one of the nicest cards in my wallet other than my citi dividend WE.
