Adding authorized user with BK

I want to add an authorized user & get a card issued for someone who had a bankruptcy in the past year.  It's an Amex Business Platinum account.  Will Amex allow this?  Could attempting this have any negative impact on my Amex account?

Only if that person burned amex with there BK, then I believe AMEX blacklists them for a time, not 100% sure, but believe I read that... With regards to helping them out with there credit, the only downfall to this is if they rack up any bills on your CC, but hopefully you won't be handing over that card to them and just adding them as an AU user.. Far as a business card report, I am unsure how that works vs. a personal card.

The card doesn't report on my personal credit report and I wouldn't expect it to on theirs - I wouldn't be giving it to help them with their credit, it's for purchases they need to make.
