Adding to my wallet

Debating which cards to add to my wallet. Right now I am between the following:
Chase Saphire Reserve
US Bank Altatude
NFCU Flagship
Citi Thank You Premier

I am looking for a high starting limit, I have relationships with all of the banks other than US Bank, I have been thinking about opening an account there since they are close to my house. I travel quite a bit for fun, spend about $4k a month on my credit cards, mostly on dining & travel. Thoughts?

Ive also been thinking about opening some personal lines of credit as a "just to have". NFCU, US Bank, Citi, & PNC are ones I am targeting.

Re: Adding to my wallet

I don't know about US Bank but the others have great potentials. Supply some of your DP's and others may be able to guide you in the direction you want to head.

Good Luck!

Re: Adding to my wallet

Without having other pertinent information, it's sorta hard to say but from your list - I would target the Sapphire Reserive and NFCU Flagship. For the rewards/benefits, I think those two would be a good idea. The Citi Ty Premier - I'm not a fan of their points system nor is it as good as Chase UR points. The US Bank Altitude is a great card but I'm not sure about how often high limits are given.

Scores - All bureaus 770 +
TCL - Est. $410K

OP, given your TCL and the scores listed in your signature, are those recent and FICO? What's keeping them below 700?

Re: Adding to my wallet

Thanks, the issue lowering my credit score is high utilization. I was carrying about $150k on the cards up until a few days ago. As a hobby, I buy renovate and sell houses/condos. I got a bit ahead of myself due to having a few awsome opportunities and so I took on to many projects at once. I just finished selling 1 and used the proceeds to pay off all of the balance  and am waiting for it to update on my cbr. No lates, only derog is a BK from 2/2010. I am a myfico subscriber, the system says paying off all the cc balance will boost my credit score to the 780's across the board.

Income $240k no new tradelines in 2+ years. Only inquiries out there are from a car purchase in Q1 2017. I am considering getting the cash ink preferred for the bonus and for spending on these projects to keep it off my own cbr. But with the long term cap gains tax rule it makes more sense to keep the properties under me and not a business.
