Hello all this is my first post looking for some advice. I've just started caring about credit always been a cash type person. All thats on my credit report is a small school loan 3k and a few low limit cc's that were open two months ago. I have a orchard bank(300), first premier(300), and cap1 secured(200) cards. I know I should let these age 6-12 months before apping for any other better cards from what I read on these forums. What else can I do in the mean time to help my score (620)? Also would adding funds to my secured card help me in the future for higher credit limits? I know credit takes time to build just looking to get my credit the best I can for a car loan sometime next year.

3 credit cards (revolving tradelines) is excellent, you're fine there. You're correct, just hang out, pay on time each time at least the minimum, and let the scores come to you.
For auto lending specifically, I'd look for another installment loan, creditbuilder style (offered by some CU's, think even the limited myFICO search interface will find those) or get a secured CD loan though this generally requires you to have ~$2000-$3000 cash on hand for the deposit though you get it right back again. I say this as a sales manager at a VW dealership recently posted that student loans seem to be limited compared to other installment loan types when it comes to auto-enhanced scores in his experience.
You're in a pretty good spot regardless though, nicely done so far.
Charge about $25 to each of your 3 cards each month and then pay off the balance in full. If you do this for 6-8 months you'll qualify for a prime card. As soon as you get a prime card drop the FP card since it has the highest fees.
