Update: I called yesterday and spoke with a really nice CSR. One thing that surprised me was that after the initial call/connection, I wasn't transferred to another dept or anything-she said she'd look into it and email me within a day or so. This morning, the points are there. I'm not sure if that was the result of my second email or if she did something, but Yay!!

FICO 8 scores Nov/Jan 2021: EQ 779/751, TU 750/770, EX 763/746 Fully recovered from 5-year Ch13 discharged July 2018.

Yeah their CSR are great. When I applied and called, one pushed mine through faster with underwriting, since I was hoping to have it in hand for overseas travel.
