I didn't chat with Wes. After you login into your account, you click on Contact Us, then "Secure Chat".

Weird. All that does is give me a pop-up with the chat hours. Not an actual chat window.

Same thing was happening to me on a desktop. I logged into the website within the app and was able to chat with a agent.

I chatted with the same rep as @mr_steven and she stated the same info regarding Wholesale, Restaurant and Gas as the new categories.

Yup, I just grabbed ahold of Elizabeth myself for clarification, lol. She confirmed it's the more limited subset, not all restaurants, and that she was told by the back office, since they didn't get the email yet.

I told her MyFico was buzzing, lol.

Spending $3000 on gift cards is a great way to get canceled by some issuers.  Proceed with caution.

Being as Costco is a bonus category next quarter, just use the card there as part of your spend and earn the bonus on top of the bonus.

Yup, already tweaked my plans. Was just trying to figure out what to do in case they didn't have any new categories (since they were cutting it so close on announcing it). Wouldn't have been the full 3k regardless.
