Things are finally returning to normal...
I have mixed feelings about them. I really do.
Maybe things will settle down once people start receiving their Venture cards and see just what they're made of.

Don't be shy Nix... We all know your a Cap1 fanboy now!
It's what's in your wallet!!
Actually it's in mine too... Dangit!!
It's actually refreshing because I feel like on this forum we don't have a lot of fanboys, generally. Most people are pretty realistic about pros/cons of each lender.
Enough is ENOUGH!! I have had it with these mutha#^(%&* Capital One approvals on this mutha#%&&%^ forum!!
They're like snakes on a plane!! LOL

Either things will settle down or there will be massive complaints 3-6 months from now regarding the 20.9 or 16.9 interest rates people have to pay who may have gotten themselves in a bit of a jam having fun with 10-20k limits. Time will tellThe average consumer does not live a PIF motto and myFICO doesnt really represent an average population.
I'll BT the balance out before I pay them 16.90% APR.
@Nixon, how come you have two separate rows of cards? Ind and Au?
For the record, Capital One is my least favorite card company too. I started out with a secured card from them, about 4 years ago, and another card that was transferred to a Capital One card via Orchard Bank, that one I've had to for 3.5 years. Capital One took the Orchard Bank card and turned it into a Quick Silver One card, and raised the credit limit to a whopping $900 from $400, since then, they haven't raised it a penny. The secured card, in the meantime, is literally collecting dust but it's one of my older accounts, so I don't want to close it. Now, all of my FICO's are nearing 800, and Capital One hasn't done a thing about raising my limits on the two cards I have with them. I even called several months ago, and explained that the cards I have with them, are the lowest credit limits I have. I mean, my next lowest credit limit card has a credit limit of $3000! They said, I'd have to apply for a new card for them to give me any consideration. I don't mind though, since they don't have a single card in their lineup that has a better rewards program than my other cards.
