After being denied by USAA I decdided to give Alliant a try. I asked for $10,000 and they approved me for $15,000. I tried apping with Alliant 9 Months ago and was offered a $1000 CL but I told them it was to low and turn it down. I guess they want You to be a member for a while before they show u luv.
Congrats I9ikjam! What were your scores when Alliant offered you the $1000 limit? I have a checking/savings account with them, but have yet applied for any of their credit products. I'm waiting on my scores to go up higher before trying, besides I'm waiting on some inquiries to fall off of all three of the credit bureau.

My EQ score when I was approved for the $1000 CC was around 670 to 680 but now I'm up to 720 with 1 INQ at the time I apped.
The CR they pulled is good for 30 days if you want to consider any of their other credit products such as an unsecured LOC.
