AmEx BCE 61 day CLI question

I have a question about the AmEx CLi 61 day CLI request. I've seen on here that some people have requested a CLI via phone, then a week later hitting the "LUV" (aka cli button) online and getting approved. Is that possible or am I just reading these things incorrectly?

If you mean getting a second CLI approved online after getting a first approved over the phone a week earlier, then I think you have misunderstood something (or someone has posted inaccurate information).

I think it went a little like this:

"I called in for a CLI, got it.........I went online a week later and saw the LUV button (CLI button) and got it!"

Or I misread it and got:

" I got an auto-CLI.... I went online a week later and saw the LUV button and got it!"
