Amazon Store Card Issues

I have successfully used the 0% deferred financing on the synchrony store card for years and always pay them off before I get any interest. As of late they have snuck in 0% equal pay. When I pay they keep applying my payments to the NEW equal pays, paying them off, no matter what option I select on how they should apply them. I then call or chat and they reallocate things. This is getting really old.

Anyone else having these issues??

What is Equal pay?

With 0% equal pay they take the purchase amount divided by the term and add it to your minumum payments so it will be paid off in the alloted time frame.
