Amazon chat?

I keep reading about Amazon chat but I don't see an option to chat in my Amazon/Synchrony account. Do I look directly on Amazon? TIA for help!

It would be ion your synchrony account page, not on Amazon.  Having said that I don't have an account with Amazon so not sure exactly where it is on the synchrony page.

It only shows up when chat is actually avaiable, which is only during the day

I never have seen it on a couple of my synch accounts. I always end up calling credit solutions.

I tried during the day too and there is no option. Lowe's still has the chat option available, I just checked.

the chat is business hours only and it's available when you log in to your amazon credit account.

I looked earlier today before 5 pm and it wasn't there either. I guess I will call but since I've already called once and got 1300 > 5k I'm not sure how well that will go.

that's not bad at all. the chat is no different. you aren't using your phone for it right?
