GE took the online button off a couple months ago. There's an automated system you can call now under the "Contact Us" tab.

This is for every GE product now, you have to call in for CLI.

Yep, only a soft I usually ask for more than I think they'll give me and then they counter with the max that they'll let me have.

Almost always SP, only one that may ask for a HP is carecredit.

Yo utypically want to ask GE for a CLI every 4 statements. If you have never asked for one and your account has been open for more than 4 statements your OK to do so now then start the 4 statement cycle CLI request from there.
