Amazon

Does the amazon shopping cart always say at the top, "Your cart is eligible for a financing offer...bla bla 12 months with amazon store card"

Was wondering if this is the norm for that to show up, was looking at purchasing a mac book pro and that popped up on my shopping cart.  Wishfull thinking I'm sure

Why wishful thinking?

The store card is GE and is pretty easy to get... the limit who knows though!

it would be worth a try I think or look into bill me later.  They are pretty easy too and they will offer at least 12 months... Amazon might give 18-24 months 0%

Best Buy has 18 I think for Store Card.

Wishfull Thinking because I was just barely approved for my 3 rebuilder cards about 2 months ago.  So I'm a little bit shakey as far as getting approved for anything else for sure this soon.  I thought the way they put the offer  made it look like a preapproval, yep, knowing that a preapproval is not a guaranteed approval, it still gave me hope, thus the wishfull thinking Smiley Very Happy  Besides, I'm in the garden right now and shouldn't be tempting myself with such things...lol

Re: Amazon

Even if you were approved, doubt the starting limit would even cover the Mac. They started me out at $600 and it took a year to get $2500.

Re: Amazon

They tend to start almost everyone out with low limits, and then give increases later on.  There's a very good chance (and by very good I mean almost certain) you will have a starting limit between $600-900.

Re: Amazon

I wonder how they are with a 3 year BK 7 reporting (Well - filed 8/2009 - Discharged 12/2009) have been too scared to even try - especially with being denied a Wal-Mart card last year in October - due to BK

Just wondering

Thanks
