Wow!! That's great!! I haven't received the card yet, but will sure try it once the card arrives!!Is there a luv button, or will I have to speak with a representative? "Three times credit limit increase" is AWESOME!!
Sorry to pop your bubble but you have to wait 2 months before requesting a cli with amex.
You'll receive a denied letter if you try this feature too early.

Captool keeps telling himself that you have to wait 61 days because he doesn't want to pull the trigger
In truth, you can do it immediately after you receive the card
In truth, some have been able to do that. Others have been declined and are stuck waiting another 90 days.

Many people have reported otherwise. In fact, several successfully received the increase as soon as they received and activated the card.

Amex will look at your score, usage, overall assets and of course if you are not late or spending crazy amounts in the first 60 days unless you are PIF.

Balboa, you didn't pop my bubble!! I'm so ecstatic and on cloud 9 I don't think that's even possible right now!! Lol. I do think I may wait the 61 days before I try though just to be on the safe side, but some of you sure make me wanna try as soon as I get that sweet card in my hand!!
No worries - congrats to you.
Be it you try the 3 xCLI as soon as the card arrives OR you wait the 61 days, DO NOT GO CRAZY with your new credit line. It's tempting but you are gauranteed to get in deep doo doo if you think it's party time. That CL will be gone in minutes and the debt monster will not be far behind tapping on your back for payment.
