Can anyone tell me how to get to live chat on the AMEX site? There does not seem to be a button/link anywhere to it.
I was succefully backdated when I activated the card, no intervention needed, but was hoping they could now replace the card to reflect that.

Log in to your account. And click on contact us to the left of the screen. You should get a pop up, and there should be a tab that says "Online." The option to chat should be on there.
Went to do this last night and forgot... Currently sitting on "hold" with chat - he told me he had to contact another department. I will report back with what happens.

Well I just got off the chat, he said he requested it be done but won't have an answer immediately. He asked I checked my account in 7 days and if no updates request again. Soooo I guess I can just cross my fingers and hope for the best!

Well I just got off the chat, he said he requested it be done but won't have an answer immediately. He asked I checked my account in 7 days and if no updates request again. Soooo I guess I can just cross my fingers and hope for the best!

Doesn't appear to be such an option, only the option to share screen.
