Hey gang, so I'm awaiting my Amex BCP in the mail and I have a question. It comes with 0% intro APR as well as 0% balance transfer as long as it's done within the first 30 days. Is there any chance if I do a balance transfer that I will void the 0% intro APR or the $150 bonus that you get if you spend $1000 in the first 3 months?
Thanks for the help!

Congrats on the BCP - it's a great card!
As far as I know, the $150 bonus is only dependent on meeting the spend requirement, and the 0% intro is independent of other promotions as well; a balance transfer (or lack of one) shouldn't make a difference either way. If you want a definitive answer you can chat online and a rep should be able to clarify, but I'm fairly sure you would be fine.

Thanks! I was pretty shocked I got accepted for it, just applied on a whim on my break from work and got approved for a $9,600 SL. Which is kind of surprising considering I'm a college student with a $20,000 annual salary but hey I'm not complaining.

I seem to remember that it was either / or with the $150 bonus vs 0% offers. But let us know if you get them all, so I can call and complain
I was told both. Just got my card a week and a half ago. My promo is $250 credit after spending $1,000 in first 3 months plus 0% APR on purchases and transfers through January 2017. I've spent my $1,000 already so we will see if the credit hits my account next month. Also the BT went through a few days ago. When I called to set it up they went over the terms, and reconfirmed the 0% through Jan. 17.

Really?
When I got mine last year, I got both the $150 and 0% for 15 months. I don't recall if there was a specific balance transfer offer or not, but I wasn't interested either way so I didn't bother looking into it.
OP, to be on the safe side, you might should chat with a rep - you should be able to do this even though you don't have your card yet if you established your login when you were approved. It won't take but a minute, and then you'll know for certain what applies to your account (and you can come back here and tell all of us!)
An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure...
Bman, I don't blame you a bit - if you missed out, I would be calling them up for sure!

I'm wracking my brain... wait, I was thinking of another promo. I did get 15 months 0% from Amex. And $150 cash. Maybe I"ll still complain that I didn't get $250

Yeah I just looked at the agreement and talked to service reps and you get the $150 and the 0% APR they're totally intdependent. In fact it seems all their offers are and none of them are hinged on the other
