Amex CLI question

I'm positive this has been asked before but I can't seem to find the answer. If I can get a link to it, thank you.

Has anyone tried requesting a cli prior to hitting the 6 month waiting period in between CLIs? I know Amex no longer does the 61 day cli so this question isn't pertaining to that.

You will be denied.  Have to wait the six months

Re: Amex CLI question

It's possible that someone somewhere sometime was the exception but Irish is right, 6 months between CLI.

Yeah, it will be an instant denial if attempted before 6 months, though it wont reset the timer.
