Amex clis are always soft pulls. When you try for a CLI they use the ex report they obtained from the most recent time they softed you.
Edit-depending on how recently you last opened the plum-they may use the same report they pulled when you were approved . To know for sure you could pull your report directly from experian.com. Not sure it would really matter which report they use unless something in your report has changed recently such as util, or some new inquiries. In any case, it will be a soft regardless of which report they base the decision on.
