Ducky, I am confused about this getting ahead organization.  Do they actually provide a service?  Is it only for Georgia residents?  It is cheap, but what do they do?

the way the delta cu rep explained it to me is that it's like a consumer counseling service who helps people with money matter, a non-profit one i think.

no, dw works for delta but us bank had her in chexsystems so she wasn't able to use her employee status to join delta. i had to join via getting ahead and add her to MY delta cu accounts. we live in ohio, so it's not just a GA thing.

it was only $5.00 i think.

Re: Amex Curiosity

For me, I love the Amex CS, warranty and purchase protection services, which have save my butt on a few occasions. Actually, the awards I don't really use and I plan on closing my gold card soon due to the AF and keeping the blue cash.

Re: Amex Curiosity

Back in the day, AMEX was the ultimate card, as it was the "hardest" to get and was "elite." Nowadays, I don't think most people share in that sentiment. I know I don't, although AMEX has always been good to me. DISCOVER is my card of choice.
