Thanks for the info! I'm on my 3rd month with AMEX, wonder if I can get mine reduced. I'll update my results soon.

B335is - Maybe they're just closed for the evening. I vaguely remember reading something about AMEX Chat only being available during certain hours. I'm not sure if that's still true but it has to be why else would it not pop up for you? Everybody luvs ya!

Trust me that was no easy feat. After about 10 minutes on my laptop I had to switch to my desktop for the chat to pop up.
