I met the sign-up bonus threshold in July, but I still haven't gotten my bonus.  I've contacted chat support once and customer service by phone twice (once on the Platinum line and once on the Delta Amex line).  The first person said I needed to wait 6-8 weeks.  The second person said the points would be paid out with the closing of my statement in August, and the third person said that he checked with a "different department" to make sure that everything looked in order and that I would be getting my bonus 6 weeks after meeting the sign-up bonus (although he didn't know when that was).  I'm pretty sure we're way past the 6 weeks from when I met the sign-up bonus...

Just checked my Delta Skymiles Account 30K Bonus Miles have been credited. Took about 3 days. Thanks everyone
