Amex Denied recon help?

So American Express Denied my appication for a charge card and it was probably because I have a fraud alert on my file. My information was compromised and used and thus I have a few baddies I have been trying to get removed for years now. My question is they denied me and I have not received a letter nor am I able to view the reasons online. I was hoping someone here had contact or email information for me to explain what happened to see if I could get a successful recon.

You will receive a letter in a few weeks. As far as reconning, Amex will need a new cr showing the baddies were removed or evidence that they were dye to fraud.
