Got ltr today saying I can make payments on most purchases over time with the ol' green goblin instead of PIF as is usually required. Could be a great benefit I guess and I may use it for short vacation just because this is my oldest card. The ltr also said I could put up to 35K on the card using this feature.
Congratulations

As a data point, how long have you had the card and what's your EX score? Also do you have any revolvers with AMEX?

$35K is the standard for everyone (who gets this feature). But isn't the APR just horrible?

I also got this feature when I was approved for my PRG last month (which surprised me a little). Ironically, the APR (18.15%) is the same as what I have on my Delta Gold revolver with the $1k credit line, and several points lower than my BCP. (I would never revolve on either of them anyway, but still...)
I found the situation to be a little ironic... LOL.
I'm also quite confident that even though the pay over time limit is $35k, they would shut me down long before I got even remotely close to that dollar amount.
