Amex MR point total way off

My total for my ED currently says 14,262 points. It's really about 2500. Anybody else seeing this? If I check the link it just comes up with an error message that reads: There was an error processing your information. Please try again later.

Mine are right 118,568 Available Points..  Should of got 10k bonus with your ED if you met spend plus whatever else you put on so seems about right on yours?

How long do they take to show up? I'm over two weeks past my first closing and still 0 points.

   you can check pending. they should be there.

And the site is producing a 500 error if I click in to redemption categories.

Got the bonus and used it back in April.

Now the rewards point area is blank. Checked in three different browser flavors, same problems in all.
