Where does it tell you what your statement end date is? It used to show it on the main page but since they "updated" their site it doesn't seem to work anymore. I used to be able to ask questions like this in chat and I no longer have that option either.
I also can't view my current rewards for the current satement or previous. It used to be current and my last date is now August-September.
I sort of had the same problem with my fairly new Gold card not too long ago. What someone told me to do was click on statements and activity at the top of the page--then in the drop down box under recent activity--select "year to date" and that should show all of your individual tranactions with the rewards mulitplier (if applicable) next to each one for MR cards--and if you click on the transactions it will show you how many points earned..
@Anonymous, you can find the next statement date by hitting the "Balance & Credit Details" button below the total balance in the top left part of the page.
I spent about a half an hour in chat the other day because of this. It's not in the "front and center" spot that it used to be, and it's also not on the statements. It caught the chat guy by surprise. He said the site has been undergoing changes. Hopefully, the reappearance of the statement date in places where it isn't hidden will be part of that.
I just found it in another spot. Hit the Statements & Activity link. It'll be at the bottom of whatever transactions are listed there.
click Statements & Activity. It will take you to the charts of your awards... you have to select a statement at the drop down box, the click on the chart icon at rlthe top right portion. at the bottom of the page is the next statement date.

And I can only see nearby offers on the mobile app. It's very irritating since I just saw someone post that they offer $10 back on supermarkets. I'd like to add that to my gold card on top of the 4x already being given.
Whenever I have a problem with Amex online, odds are it works fine on another browser or incognito. Therefore, my solution is to clear my cache.
If you're using Chrome, go to cookies, type "americanexpress", and click "Remove All Shown" button.
