Anyone else have this?  Is this normal?

"Normal" includes a wide range of things.  It's a targeted offer.  It's normal for some to receive it and not others.  It's not normal in that it is not the standard offer which can be found on the AmEx site which currently appears to be 25K.

Does your decision on the offer really depend on whether or not others ahve received it?  You should be deciding based on your own needs/wants, just as with any card.

Crap. I'm not ready to get this. I just got the British Airways.  If I pass this up today, how likely could this be caught again in a couple months?

We can't tell you that with any certainity, but getting the offer means that you (recently) met Amex's criteria for this.   If things don't change much, it's likely that you will receive other targetted offers at some stage, not necessarily this exact one.    For example, I just got one for 50K after $2K spend, which is either better or worse than yours depending on viewpoint.

The points guy posted about that recently. I tried for a while to get it but to no avail. Can't app for PRG until August anyway cuz i need to finish meeting SPG and Platinum spend first.

Wish I could get an increased offer on the business gold version, it's the only card I'm waiting for, and only seeing 50k right now.

Same here. I've literally been checking for months. 50K offer right now.

Only Amex card I have is the Blue Cash Everyday opened in 2011. I barely use the card (if that matters).

I wonder if saving the webpage would work.  I saved in firefox archive format and the promo address under the apply link is the same.  Still have the webpage open though, haven't decided yet.   I would want to pickup Delta on the same Hardpull.  I plan to initiate some extended travel in a couple/few months which is the pefect time to get them and originally what I planned.  Finding a PRG bonus for 50k would work. And then since the Delta promo ends soon, I'd have to find a boosted bonus for that one too.

Hey one other thing, is there a general floor on the spending limit for the PRG?  Or does it tell you when you get the card?
