I got a letter today stating that I'm now eligible for Pay Over Time on my Amex PRG.
I don't plan on using it though, at 18.28%, its my 3rd highest interest rate. And then there is the risk of FR.
I'm not sure what I did that Amex likes so much, but I've apparently impressed them somehow. 
Now if only I could get them to increase my CL on my BCE.
