I have no idea, check the terms make sure it lists a specific apr. usually if amex says youre preselected/prequalified youre good to go
if i were you though, I would go here https://www.deltaamexcard.com/ and type in skymiles and see if they give you a better offer. there are 60k mile offers floating around. Then using the same inquiry you could also go for a charge card under the same inquiry, 50k mr points on the PRG.

It listed Gold Delta, Blue Cash Preferred and Plantinum Amex. I do get emails from them for Delta Gold, since I'm skymiles member. I'm sure I get that offer because I fly Delta a lot.
