Hello, I'm trying to see if I'm prequalified for the Amex cards but they always give me the message saying that "We're sorry we couldn't find a special offer for you. But based on your interests, we think you might like the following Cards:"
This process always take less than 3 seconds. I did this almost everyday since January.
I checked all my credit reports, equifax, experian and transunion, I don't see anything, even a soft inquiry on there?
So, am I blacklisted by Amex? But the thing is, I was never a cardmember of them?
I never got pre-qual offers either and was approved for Amex Everyday and PRG same day.

I get the same message , and i do have an amex card presently . All it really means is you aren't there target audience i think.
YMMV. I got the same message but went ahead and applied anyway. I got the Costco AMEX instant approval in the store and then subsequently app'd for the SPG and Everyday, all within 48 hours. I was approved for all. Welcome.
Welcome to the Forum, OP. I believe the term blacklisted is reserved for people who have burned companies in the past.
There was a thread earlier this week about cardmatch where some members stated they had acceptance offers that weren't available via the amex site.

I have the BCP and get the same message. Through account login I get tons of offers but for Business cards only where I do not qualify. Cold app worked for me but if I had to do it again I would use cardmatch to be able to get a better offer (sign up bonus / APR)
hrmmmm, i get 50k PRG prequalified offer on AMEX website and nothing from them on cardmatch.com at all.
it does show my latest cap1 offers.
no sign of my latest chase offers.

As stated above you would have had to burn them to be blacklisted. Did you ever opt out?
I don't recommend relying on prequals. I didn't have any and I've picked up a BCP and a TE.

By any chance are you opt'd out? If so they can't pull your credit report and will not preapprove you. Otherwise, you should see a SP on your EX CR.
