Amex RF me..

last week amex call me to tell me that both my credit card are suspended intill i give them the irs form back to them, so i did to my suprice they let me keep my card...yayayayayayay

applying to much for other cards.... and overpaying, buy something by that friday it was paid. i guess

Interesting! Thanks for sharing and, most of all, congratulations on surviving the FR. I'm new to Amex and it is my biggest fear because they represent so much of my credit at the moment...

They are very good about RF it doesn't matter if you apply saying 50,000 + and you only report half aslong you are paying taxes to the irs that's all they care about

 that's 28 credit card and store card, 2 car loans, 1 personal loans and i make $30,000 on the books and $75,000 off the books

I doubt overpaying would do it, but an AR on your files they didn't like would definitely trigger it.

This is because there are a LOT of sources of money which are not required to be reported but which can be counted as income for application purposes. 

Still though, I feel the Amex policy of asking for folks to allow Amex access to their tax returns is too invasive.  Paystubs etc, sure okay.  Tax returns? In my opinion, thats just taking it too far.
