No call them tomorrow and be honest.  Tell them based on your needs, the PRG fits it much better and since you have been denied you want to know if you are PC it to that and see what they say.

Surprising that the OP got denied for a PRG when he had a good history with the Green. Everyone always says how the amex charge cards all have the same underwriting and make it sound as if you qualify for one you can qualify for any of them... 

Guess this confirmed my suspicion that the Plat and PRG is harder to get than the Green.

No. Not at all. Your pretty much dead in the water unless there is some error on your credit report and you can get it corrected and show it to them. Otherwise no.

oh there was no laughter lol. but how long have you had the card?
and someone said its a soft pull... idk about that. i hope so because i applied for the BCP and got denied because my ED is only 2 months old. they said i didn't have enough history with them
