Revolving = Delta Sky Miles
Charge = Green
Both probably about the same.

I would like to get it one day, so what should I aim for? A Charge card or Revolver when I'm ready to join the Amex family?
You need to base what you apply for on what you need and your goals. Charge cards are easier to get than revolvers as the underwriting is different. Its not really a debate I have never seen anyone claim a revolver is easier to get than a charge card, but some people do say go for a revolver if that is what you want. Others say if you are border line on your app that you can go for the charge card to get your foot in the door with Amex.
Just to be clear that doesn't mean getting a charge card is guaranteed. They do have certain requirements as well, but they tend to be easier than the revolvers.
Neither one IMO

I have always heard the the charge is easier but from Amex perspective why would they make the charge card easier to get? Also I wondered is it a combination of revolver is harder CS wise but income can be lower? The charge is easier CS wise but higher income requirements?

I don't know the underwriting criteria, but I figure the reason a charge card is easier to get is because you have to pay the balance every 30 days, so that tends to limit people running up a huge balance, carrying it and then not being able to pay it off. They figure most people who are using a charge card already have the money on hand (or will shortly) to pay the balance. The penalties on being late with charge card payments are pretty high.
Amex Green has an option where you can charge or pay over time. I don't know how they decide whether you are eligible for the pay over time feature, but I have used that on my Amex Green Card, and it's been great. Kinda like the best of both worlds. Only down side might be that if you carry a balance it will show on your credit report and may look like that is your minimum payment.

I have the same feature with my PRG they offered it to me but I have no intentions of using it though, is yours also 35k on the POT feature.

Not sure how paying like 18% interest is good in any way.
But, I guess it is better than defaulting.
Charge cards also have limits that AMEX adjusts at will.
