Amex Zync Approved **Bonus Reward Points**

Hi All...

Yesterday I went ahead and applied and was accepted for the Amex Zync   After signing up for online access there was a link to "like" the card on facebook.  Well, after going to facebook I noticed that Amex had a post to receive 20,000 bonus points after your first purchase instead of the original 10,000.  I called CS and after originally being told no, was transferred to the New Accounts Department they said they would happily add the additional points and It would all be done before my card arrives in the mail!!!

Just a heads up that if you are thinking of applying for the Zync apply via facebook page "Zync from American Express."

Haha!!!...That would be funny!  I was pretty surprised to see the link on there.  It takes you to the same app listed on AmEx's website, only difference is the extra 10K points!!!

Anybody know how long that special has been running?? I opened my Zync card in March and wonder would I have qualified!

Yes, you should definitely call in.  I applied for the Premier Rewards Gold card when they were doing the 25,000 bonus points.  Not seeing them on my account in almost two months, I called and they said they saw no offer on my account.  She put me on hold and came back and told me they would be added next month, so it is possible you may have the same thing going on!  Call membership rewards...they are very nice

Looks like the special offer was posted on April 4th...You can always call and see if they are willing to add the additional points!
