Amex Zync Question (CL)

Just got approved last week for Amex Zync, I should be receiving the card this week.

When I go now to the website to "manage my account" it says:

$250

available credit2

Is this really my limit with a Zync card? lol bit confused. Smiley Indifferent

I haven't tried yet the "Check Your Spending Ability" link.

Zync users help me out here..

Thanks.

That limit is lifted after the card is activated. Smiley Happy

That give you that limit while you wait for your card so you may use it right away for internet purchases.

Update:

Receive the card today actually, looks very nice.

After I activated it, it now says on the website; "No Pre-Set Limit".

It no longer says $250, you guys were right as always, thanks.

Re: Amex Zync Question (CL)

Be careful at first,  when I first started using my Zync with "no preset limit" I was declined twice, one time for a $130 dinner bill, and one time for gas, both times very embarrassing.  After Amex saw I was paying my bill, I can do bigger charges without issues.    I hit my "check spending ability" once a month, and it is auto-approving now for over $4,000
