Amex Zync and Jared's Question

Thanks in advance to anyone who can help.

This is my first month with the Zync card and my statement is due to cut on the 13th.  What would benefit my credit more?  For me to PIF before the statement cuts or to PIF after the statement cuts.  I know there is no credit limit so does Fico use highest balance as limit.  What would look better to Amex and my credit report?

Just opened Jared's account and made some purchases.  How do they report?  I believe that I have read that they don't report the same as revolving credit cards.  Plus they approved me for $7800 in the store but on my credit report it says that my credit limit is $6000.  When I called them they said that they do not report a credit limit, only a high balance.  Anyone have any experience with this?

Re: Amex Zync and Jared's Question

Congrats on your zync. Just got mine after wanting to close my cap one before cap one cli lol I think it's better to pay all of your balance before the statement closes since it's a charge card and balances HAVE to be paid in full each month. Am sure the guys with more knowledge can give us a more informed input
