Is the Amex Blue cash card a credit card or charge card? How can I find out which Amex cards are charge cards or credit cards? How do you find out your amex limit after you are approved?

It's a credit card.

Check Amex's site.

When you are approved you can create an account and see your limit.

Amex blue is a credit card. There are 4 charge cards on the amex site; Green, Gold, Premiere Gold, and Platinum. 

The rest are credit cards except for serve card is a reloadable debit card.

When you apply for an amex charge card, you dont know your spending ability until you receive the card and setup your online profile.

The credit cards either give you the limit upon approval or you can call in to find out what your limit is.
