Evening everybody. This is just a quirky question for later reference. Since im relatively new again to Amex, been 10 years since i last had them, as i was checking my accounts this fine Sunday morning, i got an alert from my Calendar that today was supposed to be my day 61 to ask for an Amex 3x cli. Lol, no need there as about 2 weeks in, i was actually granted one, so i dont believe im eligble until like july.
Anyhoo, on mobile anyway, i noticed that the request a credit limit increase line was nowhere to be seen. I know for a fact it wad there at begining when i opened account ,thats how i requested lol
. Just wandering is Amex then similar to Boa in that the request ft only appears when you may be eligble? Thanks for any input . Please :

My accounts are really new so I can't answer from experience. I have the CLI option on the web but have never seen it on my app.
Thanks for reply Medicgrrl. I dont have the app per se, i just log in via my phone browser but i gotta try to login via a computer or laptop to set up my alerts properly
Just figured it would be a cool feature so as to let you know its time to verify if you are eligble for cli.

Hey AJC...maybe it just doesn't show on the phone app (which I have never checked) but it's always there no matter if you are eligible or not when you log in from a computer...I'm pretty sure of it...

Probably the ED since it has a CL of $6000. My BCE is at $1000. I may chicken out and just wait the 61 days lol

But im trying not to add too much debt right now as im trying to bring down my Boa bt balances . I just need something simple, browse, pay bills etc lol. Maybe find a good place to use my hidden paypal.
Anyway back to original question, on the page i atart off it starts with my Green charge card then i gotta look for my Ed. But didnt see it this morning thus just curious.
Im so silly today i even called Disco to see if my luv button works lol? Guy must have been Rotfl after i hung up

I hear ya MG, but if it were me, seeing as you got 6k, id err on side of caution and let it breathe the 61 days just so they get a feel for ya. If you go earlier i will NOT judge, lol, this pot will not kettle the black or something

Login>choose the card that you want to manage(top of the page)>account services>credit management....
