Long story short, there was an error on a Corp BK filing which has since been resolved. Corp BK had Amex listed despite $ 0.00 balance. Corp BK was ammended, Amex retroactievly removed, Judge approved, and filed.
Because of all this, Amex cancled all of my personal cards.
Years of payment history. High dollar amounts -- always paid in full --- 15+ years of perfect, always on time payment history.
Any hope of them re-opening my personal accounts? I don't even know how to send them the proof / paperwork that this was all a legal mistake and that it was properly corrected with the court.
Was this a legit Business Card (no PG, use of @Work portal) or an American Express Business card on a business you own(ed)?

Welcome to the forum.
I can't answer your question, but I would certainly want to talk to the underwriters and try and explain the situation.
Your name is associated with the Corp BK exactly how ? You're an officer / owner of company that is filing BK ?
Amex Business card on business I owned.
I'm corp officer of the business. It was included on the corp bk by mistake, then removed via the proper court process. To clairify, I have no personal bk --- low 800 scores across EX, EQ, TU. Extremely low util. Amex sent me an application for the Centurian card a while back as well. Now, I'm in the dog house over a filing mistake.
I'm wondering if they'll help me, where to write for help and what to do. When I called they were very nice, but pretty much told me to go pound sand and invited me to reapply which letting me know if I was even eligable.
Which personal Amex cards did you own and you want reinstate?
If a possible re-opening would count as "adding new account" instead of reinstating, you might reconsider this path. Adding multiple new accounts might not be a very pleasant option, since you might not be eligible for Chase chards anytime soon, due to their 5/24 rule, and also tanking Fico8 due to multiple new accounts.
I would file a CFPB complaint and try to attach proof of this to the complaint and pray for the best.
I'd only want them re-opened if they were literally reopened, not counted as new cards.
Skymiles
Bonvoy
Everyday
I forget the other, and one was a charge card. They added up to over 75k of revolving credit.
In case they don't agree to reopen your accounts, you should have at least 30 days to transfer out your points so that they aren't lost. I'd do that asap if possible.
Did you have the Everyday (MR card) or Blue Cash Everyday? You said you had a charge card too, so either way you have MR points I'm assuming? Your cobranded miles/points will be fine because they're deposited in your accounts with Delta and Marriott already.
