Not to jump to conclusions, but hopefully you're within 50% of your stated income because it sounds like you're about to be FR'd.

+1.
Sounds like either a fraud alert, or a financial review.
I'm leaning towards the latter because that department doesn't work 24/7 and they are asking you to wait till monday. Just comply with the process and you should be fine.

Sounds like FR is the likely culprit OP. Hopefully a positive outcome may come out of this if you comply like enharu mentioned above. Best of luck.
I had that happen within a couple weeks of opening my BCE. I tried to purchase a new laptop and was declined. I called customer service who told me to call someone else (fraud department or something similar). I had to do a conference call with the Amex rep and my bank to verify information. Once done the rep had me try the purchase again while he was still on the phone. It worked and I have not had another issue since. I even got my 61 day increase without a problem (went from 10k to 19.3k).
As long as the information you gave them when you applied is accurate I would not worry about it.
That's wierd that they wouldn't verify someone's financial information before extending them credit if the bank was that worried about it.

I am guessing the balance transfer may have triggered it.
