I got the Gold in March and was advertized as 6 months spend. One day I logged in, and it showed 3 months. I messaged them on the app and they reassured me that it was 6 months for the SUB. Best to reach out to them to verify, but I believe you're in the same boat as me with the error on the app/website.
My gold offer was actually shown for 6 months when I applied and then worded as 3 months after I logged in and chat agent confirmed it was 3 months -_- . But my platinum was 6 months.

You have to log in on you phone browser or computer. It doesn't show in the app, but, you can always ask the chat agent !
