On the one hand, I do like the Report When Pending Charge Posts functionality. And the stupid high CL that it has extended to me. And 3% at grocery stores.
On the other hand, the absence of a staightforward Due Date drives me to distraction, and may ultimately drive me to close the card.

I don't have an Amex, but what's confusing about the due date? Does it not show on the bill or something? It should be the same day every month, so once you know it... you know it.
Yeah.. Uh what do you mean by straight forward due date OP?
Mine are the same every month. Close it, if it bothers you that much.
That feature called auto pay full balance does away with those worries.

The due date is not specified anywhere on the site, and the closing date varies month to month -- at least, for the first 3 months I've had the card. Truly, it's the art of obfuscation elevated to the highest level.

Same. The closing date has variance of a few days but the due date has always remained the same even during February with its short month. It has it listed right there on their website and mobile app for convenience.
How do you not know the due date? Look at your statement, mate!
