Scroll down a little further to your recent transaction history and it'll show you your closing date.

I 3rd the prevous posts......Amex actually makes finding the closing date pretty DARN easy. Below is a screen shot of my account.
I think Amex is the easiest of all my cards to see/find the closing date front-and-center. The one I find difficult is Discover Chase.

Sorry to jump topic, but my Discover card always closes on the 20th and payment is always due on the 15th. Those dates are always displayed right on my my main account screen:

@k, you right.....I had a memory lapse... It's my chase cards. I know the payment due dates - but the closing date isnt clearly posted in the portal window. I always have to go look it up, or try and remember how many days past the due date,,
Back to Amex, that is one thing, IMO, that is favorable about thier management portal, lots of info right at my eye balls - on one screen.
thanks for the memory-jog..

In for a penny, in for a pound... It is SO not obvious with Chase, but like Discover the closing and due dates also remain the same from month to month. Here's the easy way to see the closing date:
Edit: Now if someone can show me the trick to find out statement closing dates for Synchrony, I'd appreciate it. I haven't been able to figure out the timing for Lowe's or Amazon.
OP, just have AMEX or any lender just send an email or text when your statement is due and when it closes. Most are on the statement or on the site. Some like chase are harder to find though. I wouldn't cose a card becasue of that, dont worry yourself about that...there are bigger things to deal with.
