Amex pay over time feature/inquiries

They sent me a letter regarding my Gold Charge they can no longer offer me the pay over time feature and I would have to pay my balances in full (which I always do anway) because of the amount of recent credit inquiries (4) and my fico score (692), I didnt even know I had pay over time feature lol.  That would explain why they stalked my credit report 3 times in 1 week.  Why is amex so paranoid since when is 4 inquiries alot.

Applying for a lot of credit at once is a big red flag for risky behavior. Four new inquires can equal four new accounts and if they are at the same time that is a lot.

Could explain why they haven't offered it to me yet. I'm sitting on 12 big fat inquiries on my EX.

Amex is always riding people, they wont even offer me that feature lol
