Amex question?

I've just upgraded my Delta to a Blue..  Does the blue have the same membership rewards as the green card??  Also, how long do I need to have my blue card in order to apply and get approved for the green or any other AMEX?

I've asked for a CLI already, and they said they are reviewing this and will be sending a letter in the mail.. Is this the "financial review" I've been hearing about??

I don't think it's an F/R because if it was you'll see a big red message when you sign in to the site saying your charging privileges has been suspended. Usually when I get that message it means It's a CLI turndown

No- The Blue has Rewards Express

I waited 6 months before I applied for my Green-

You can apply anytime- I don't remember your scores-but payment history goes a long way with establishing yourself with AMEX-

Multiple apps in a short time does seem to trigger F/R's  

Most CLI's are instant- I also thought AMEX no longer did CLIs at activation- This is not the F/R's you have read about-

if you have a green card, you can than upgrade your blue rewards to the same program as the green card if I'm not mistaken.  I know I did this for optima plat. card

When you gave an Amex Charge card (like Green) the Blue auto upgrades to MemberShip Rewards-

I kept my Delta this reduced the AF to $30 - but does not get membership rewards-

They will usually wait to send the card after your next statement cuts. Then the classic 7-10 day wait. I got a letter when I upgraded mine, it said the day it would switch from delta to blue and it was right on the money. I check on the website and it showed the blue card before I even had it. Same with the green to gold switch.
