LOL... It doesn't work that way... Once you get a $5k line, you'll want a $10k line. Lol trust me.... But that's how you build credit!:-)until you get a finacial review by amex then you'll poop bricks
jk
and btw you won't want past a 50k line so there's the line. since after 50k it won't report to credit bureaus period. won't do a damn thing to help your score. =)
Based on my understanding, that is not accurate. Past a certain limit (the exact number seems to be hard to pin down), the card is not factored into your revolving utilization. It still reports.
Moreover, it's a misconception that this is a bad thing. People in building or rebuilding mode don't want to exclusively have cards that don't count for utilization. But it's great to have an "invisible" tradeline. So long as you have other cards that can count in your utilization, you have one that will allow you to not worry about whether a balance posts. You don't have to play the game of paying down the balance before the statement cuts.
well technically there are cards you can use like Palladium card which can be charged 3x it's limit, and they can show 40,000 but you can charge 120,000 but yea it reports but not the limit lol or your spending history, a $200 capital one card would probably do more for Fico than that card though saddly enough.
