Ref the "to" account...I just moved CL funds from my Clear to my BCP, did that upon activation of the BCP...much less than 61 days.

It seems anecdotally that there are a good number of exceptions to this rule.

perhaps - some may have allocated some but not all of their CL which does not have a time restriction.

Recently played the Amex limit reallocation game. As it turns out you must have received the 13th statement before making the request or it will be denied. No harm as I was instantly approved as soon as I saw the 13th statement post online.
