Amex upgrade

I am qualified for an Amex upgrade, i have the Delta gold miles card, should i take the upgrade? Thank you.

Upgrade to what?

Do you make good use of this card now?  Do you travel?  Do you use the benefits associated with the card?  Or did you just get the card because it's one of AMEX's low hanging fruits?

An upgrade will come with a higher AF. If you don't make good use of the card and its current $99 AF, then paying even more isn't a good idea at all.

Only you can answer that, no one here lives your life so no one can answer if the benefits would be taken advantage of.

Annual Fee: $250, so substantially higher than your current card.  

Are you getting any type of SUB with the upgrade offer?  Have you researched and compared the benefits side-by-side to determine if the upgrade makes sense and/or the right fit for you?  How often do you (or will you) fly Delta?

Congrats on the offer -but- only you can determine the pros vs. the cons to see whether an upgrade is beneficial to you.
