Dunno. I see it, under Products & Services -> Banking -> Credit Cards, when I log in at usaa.com. Same when I just go to the home page without logging in (after clearing cache, cookies, etc.) I think that's all I can tell you, since I'm a military veteran myself and can't test as a "non-military custormer". Sorry.

coolguy, so do I ... me too. I assume you are a member of USAA
Duke, since you are eligible for more services than we do, it is impossible to test as a "non-military custormer".
USAA responded to my question is as follows;
You are eligible for our bank account products, MasterCard credit cards, investment products and life insurance products at this time.
USAA eligibilities:
To be the provider of choice for even more of the military community, USAA expanded eligibility, and now includes the following groups:
After joining, spouses and children of the above may also be eligible to enjoy the benefits of membership. Learn more by entering "eligibility" in the search box above.
Also something to note is that the USAA World Mastercard has a minimum credit limit of $5,000
Very true. I applied last night for the World MasterCard and was approved for a $3,000 credit line. My USAA account page lists it as a "Platinum MasterCard" account... I guess it will up to the "World" designation at some point when they raise my CL?
Very exicted to be approved for it anyway.

I have to chime in here. My Citi American Airlines World Mastercard has a $3,000 credit limit but has no pre-set spending limit. You can go over your limit with no fees as long as you pay under it before the close of your billing cycle.
It doesn't post a credit limit on any bureaus. It shows my balance but no credit limit and no high credit. One would think it would go under "Other Accounts" on EQ like my AMEX Zync does, but it does not. It is also classified as "revolving" in EQ and TU. I should check what it posts under in EX, as well.
